David is a shareholder and Director of Commercial Services at Melanson Heath & Company, PC in Nashua. David is a CPA in New Hampshire and was formerly a Senior Tax Consultant with the Boston Office of Price Waterhouse and the Accounting and Tax Manager with Sanders / Lockheed Corporation.
David has over twenty years experience in accounting, tax, and finance including both the public and private sectors. His services to clients include significant work in tax planning, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning.
Educational Background
David received his BS/BA in Business Administration from Hawthorne College with Graduate studies at Suffolk University in Boston.
Professional Memberships
David is a past Director of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and past Chairperson of the Society's Technology Committee and is a member of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs Tax Committee. David has also been a speaker at several New Hampshire Bar Association and New Hampshire CPA Society tax conferences.
David's prior and present community involvement includes being Treasurer, Vice President, and then President of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Greater Nashua, former Director and President of the PLUS Company.
