Professional Experience
Frank is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont, and has over 20 years of governmental and not-for-profit accounting and auditing experience.
Frank has also been involved in the development of fund accounting systems and the implementation of several computer systems. He currently instructs the firm's formal fund accounting course, as well as various courses for the Massachusetts Municipal Auditors' and Accountants' Association.
Educational Background
Frank received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College).
Professional Memberships
Frank holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New England Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Government Finance Officers' Association. He also volunteers for various non-profit organizations.
