Professional Experience
John has worked in the field of municipal and not-for-profit services since 1972, and has provided auditing, consulting and computer advisory services to municipalities and not-for-profit organizations in Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire. John currently heads up the firm's fraud investigation services.
John's experience includes consulting in computer system analysis, auditing of electronic data processing systems and implementation, budget assistance, fraud investigation, systems designs, performance audits, training, and support.
Recently John has worked with larger clients in writing computer system request for proposals. In addition, he works with these clients in evaluating vendor responses and follows through with the implementation stage. He has also written charts of accounts for several clients to improve financial reporting.
Professional Memberships
John has instructed training courses for Western New England College, Budgeting in the Masters of Public Administration programs at American International College, as well as courses sponsored by the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Municipal Auditors' and Accountants' Association and the New Hampshire Government Finance Officer's Association.
